Ingredients
2 oz Your Favorite Blanco Tequila
.75 oz Agave nectar syrup 1:1
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz lime juice
one egg white
Glass & Garnish
Coupe Glass
Mint Sprig
Blackberries on a pick
Method
Add all ingredients into the shaker without ice and dry shake. Add ice and
shake again until cold. Strain into coupe glass or double old fashioned glass with a large rock ice cube. Garnish with mint sprig or blackberries on a pick.
